Master Planning 2024-2025

With financial support from the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Marcus Anderson Family Fund, The Rex Foundation began its extensive Master Planning for the building rehabilitation. The 2 day retreat was held on Dec 6 & 7, 2024 for the board to meet with the architects, engineers, and local contractors. On Friday evening, we held Open House at the theater so that the architects, engineer, contractors, community, and board members could converse while examining the building. Despite a chilly evening, the excitement was contagious.
